Sunday Style

Ola! I have a case of Sunday Style! Not only does SLink have these fabulous new Mesh Sigourney Boots out, Siddean also released the very fashionable mesh Crop Jeans, which by the way coordinate magnificently together, but of course can be worn separately. I just love the combo and spent a better part of my Sunday in style mode. Both Jeans and Boots come in multiple yummy colors to choose from, so get over there quick like bunny!

I am loving this new Stella style from Catwa, a long length style that works with all clothing as a larger boob version is included for those that are….cough cough……..more endowed than I am 😉 Oh and Sasy from Flair has new nails out, there are several to pick from……………but this set with the wonderful butterflies on them are my absolute favs!

The Tide is High But I am Holding On

Ola! Here I was thinking how much I would get done this week with the kidlet in camp, but while the kidlet is away this cat will play……I was out and about and running myself pretty thin. No blogging done, or sorting of my inventory……..and not even close to the Wardrobe Hud I bought and planned on sorting all my inventory with. I log in shop and have to run just as fast then the day is gone. I have a few things to blog and I am kind of back logged a tad……but I managed to snap these photos and finally get to them.

LeeZu! has just released this absolutely fabulous materials ready mesh Rio Monokini. I am swapping over to the Second Life Official Viewer for these photos, to make sure the I am rendering correctly. The Rio Monokini has amazing lifelike textures and comes in many wonderful colors to choose from. I have been waiting for fabulous Swimwear from LeeZu, as I still wear a bikini I had bought previously a few years back. This is one beautiful and timeless addition to the summer releases.

A fabulous new Claudette style from Wasabi Pills, with a color change hud for the headband. This is a very razzle dazzle style, that I have been dying to wear, I promise to wear it flapper style soon. Collabor88 is still running strong with the second anniversary celebration, and since I was missing the Vintage Fair lately, I was so happy to see all the magnificent vintage pieces this round! Thank you so much C88!

Tableau Vivant has been working away at making the most wonderful poses as of late. The She & Him event has an amazing assortment out for guys, gals and couples. You should also check out the poses, shadow/scene boxes that are available at the main store as well. I was amazed at the wonderful selection since I had been there last, from whimsical to classical to drop-dead gorgeous, trust me you want to go…….now 🙂

My 2013 Hair Fair Picks

Hi there! I did a post like this for Hair Fair 2012 and I found it really helped me decide on which style to choose from. I remember staying up all night after cruising around the Hair Fair and cramming like I would have back in college lol. This year there was not time to do it earlier……but I have been working on this for a few days now. These are my picks for the 2013 Hair Fair, of course I can always add to this post as well…………just in case I do not have enough hair yes?! 😉

Some of these styles are tried and true designers that I love, some are new to me as well. I have eleven sets in all and ten styles per set……….that is a lot of hair I know, but I am just a tad obsessed……..maybe!? hehe Since the beginning of my sl I have had such a love for all the pretty hairstyles. This has quietly become my passion, ok maybe not so quietly when I post like this.

All in all………….the Hair Fair is my favorite event of the year and I wait eagerly for it’s arrival. I am so happy to have been included in this fabulous event for the last two seasons, and am thankful for being chosen to do so. Hair is such an important asset in how we look at ourselves, in real life as well as second life. But here we are very much fashion oriented and need different styles for different outfits, and Hair Fair is a one stop shop for all the amazing designers to show off their talent.

Now of course the most important aspect of the Hair Fair is that every sale gives a portion of the money collected to Wigs for Kids, I think this is such a wonderful charity. We help children through very hard times and sickness……….there is no better reason than this to shop like crazy. I may buy a lot of hair, but for this amazing charity anything goes.

I will have a cut in this post this year…….so if you are looking for more…………..check that cut. I am showing all these beautiful locks so you can see exactly how these styles will look inworld. I tend to sit up on my platform and commiserate with all my loot (inserts wicked little laugh here), so this is a way to show it all off at once what might take me a few weeks to blog. I really love this Sahara Mesh Dress from Rebel Hope available at The Boutique. Giraffe seems to be a favorite of mine as I hunted through my messy inventory for this fabulous little Deliciosa Lingerie set from Cynful, I bought this a few weeks ago at TDR Fusion and just had to break it out for this post. LaGyo has beautiful jewels including this amazing Axila Headbend out at Collabor88. I am still wearing the beautiful Ava by Belleza, gawd she is just one gorgeous skin yes? Oh and the Gos! Fabulous Lauren d’Orsay Heels out at The Boutique as well, this is the Truffle Collection of the new line, they also come with a cream version included……two for the price of one on Gos Shoes is a great deal! Along with a few of my favorite my things I bring you my look de jour.

Tameless

She is tameless, goes against the the obvious. Has never gone with the grain, wild if you like. Says what she means and does what she says. Hates popularity contests, so what if you are not popular, do those that are feel any better about themselves? The higher you are the further you have to fall. She likes to live and let live, not hurt and feel pain. Couldn’t care less what others think, if they think bad of her then so be it. She will not change for others, as she does not expect them to change for her. She accepts that not everyone will like her as she will not like everyone. She doesn’t wish to be anyone but herself, full of laughter and Canadian sarcasm and of course sometimes a little spoiled and bitchy, but most of all she chooses to love not hate.

 She is tameless, so let her be.
